Ingredients

Meatballs
2 Tablespoonsghee
or Lard
1onion
medium
2cloves garlic
1 lbground pork
1egg
½ cupalmond flour
1 tablespoondijon mustard
2 teaspoonscaraway seeds
1 tablespoondried marjoram
2 teaspoonspaprika
2 tablespoonsparsley
chopped, fresh
½ teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Meatballs
Step 1
heat a large pan greased with the ghee over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes. set aside. Place all the ingredients for the meatballs into a mixing bowl. Add the cooked onion and garlic. Mix until combined. Set aside for a few minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Shape the meatballs into 20 medium-size meatballs. Grease the pan with the remaining 2 Tablespoons of ghee or butter. Once hot, add the meatballs in a single layer. cook for 2 minutes per side, turning with a fork until browned through. Remove from heat.
Cauliflower Mash
Step 2
cut the cauliflower into medium sized florets and place in a steamer. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from head and place in a blender with 2 tablespoons of butter.
