Pork sausage balls. An alternative to meatballs. They are quick, easy and taste amazingly juicy and delicious!

Instructions
Step 1
For the balls add all ingredients to a large bowl. (use whatever seasoning you like, to taste. I've listed the ones i used) Mix with your hands until just combined (do not overwork the meat).
Step 2
Form into 1 in balls and place into hot pan. Cook on medium high heat, brown on all sides. Steam the balls by adding a small amount of hot water to the pan, cover immediately. Leave for about 7 minutes (most of the water should be evaporated). Stir the balls and steam one more time.
Step 3
Check for doneness. Do not overcook or your balls will dry out. I served over couscous and/or rice with sautéed mushrooms and topped with shaved parmesan.
