1zucchini
small, sliced into thick rounds

½ cupbaby carrots

½ cupgrape tomatoes

1 Tbsolive oil

1 Tbsherbs de Provence
to taste, optional

0.5 TbsWorcestershire sauce
to taste, optional

Instructions
Step 1
Light grill to medium-high heat or preheat oven to 400°. Place all vegetables and spices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 2
Stir gently to coat.
Step 3
Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
Step 4
Place sausage on top and cover with foil.
Step 5
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
