Place the water and rolled oats in a microwave safe bowl. Stir together. Heat on full power for 2 minutes. Then add 15 second increments until the oats have puffed up and absorbed lots of the liquid. Make a note how long this takes for your microwave and stick with that amount of time the next morning
Step 3
OR Mix the oats and water together in a small pot. Place over a medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes until the oats and liquid have come together to a nice creamy oatmeal consistency
Step 4
Serve up the oatmeal topped with Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, blueberries and blackberries.
