Step 1
Preheat Ooni about 20 minutes prior to cooking. Flatten dough on floured counter with rolling pin. Once flattened and circular - stretch by hand to approximately 16 inches. ‘Season’ pizza peel heavily with corn meal and place pizza dough on peel. Add pizza sauce and spread evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan liberally Add mozzarella and cheddar to your liking. Add pepperoni to your liking. Place pizza in oven and turn oven to its lowest setting. Rotating when needed until cooked.
