Instructions

Step 1
Get parchment paper and place the meat in the middle and season with a bit of salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaves and cumin. Add some potatoes if you like around it. Do not add oil.
Step 2
Rub in the seasoning and then add a touch of water and wrap the leg in the parchment paper, then wrapping twice again with foil so that it holds its shape.
Step 3
Cook slowly on a 170-180°C heat in the oven for 3-3.5 hours for best results.
Step 4
Serve with the potatoes as a great side, and should be tender and fall off the bone,
