Instructions
Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Chop onion and finely chop dill. Halve lemon and reserve two thin slices for salmon. Season salmon.
Step 2
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil

Add orzo, chicken broth, and water, plus salt to taste.
Step 4
Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add spinach, peas, juice from lemon, dill. Stir until spinach is wilted.
Step 6
Add salmon and cook fish for 4 minutes. Afterward, add a little water if it's too dry.
Step 7
Sprinkle feta on top.
Step 8
Finish cooking fish to your liking (25 min?)
