Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and lemon pepper in a bowl. Add salt and pepper as needed.
Step 2
Dry 3-4 fish fillets well and cover with the flour and seasoning mixture.
Step 3
Melt butter and oil in a pan. Sear fish for 3-4 minutes per side then remove.
Step 4
Melt butter in the same pan and add garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add chicken stock and lemon to the pan then reduce.
Step 5
Drizzle sauce on fish. I’ve had this without the sauce too and it’s still delicious. I like to serve it with rice and a vegetable.
