Spicy Honey Garlic Balsamic Glazed Whiting… try to say that 5 times:)! I am going to be honest I did not know what to expect integrating all of these flavors together, but let me tell you, THIS WAS AMAZING!!!! In this recipe, you have the sweet, the spice, and everything nice. It is important when combining a lot of different flavors that there is balance and this recipe was just that! You can feel free to use any type of fish you like, I used whiting. For the full step by step check out my TikTok: @mydeliciouskreations or my Pinterest: @eattolivenutrition

Instructions
For the fish
Step 1
Season your fish with lemon juice and salt and cook fish skin side down in a large skillet on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
For the glaze
Step 2
The key for this glaze is to make/cook it in the same skillet that you cooked the fish in so that it can absorb all of those flavors. In the same skillet that you cooked the fish in, add in your garlic and diced onion and sauté until fragrant. Add in your honey and whisk to combine. Add in your balsamic vinegar and whisk again. Add in your seasonings and whisk again. Allow to simmer on medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes. Add your fish in and allow the fish to soak up all of the flavors of the sauce (be sure to pour some sauce over the fish too) for another 5-7 minutes until it starts to bubble. Serve and enjoy:)
