Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken, pesto, garlic, lemon and seasoning on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours
Step 2
Add in the dry pasta and stock, cook on high for 40 mins then stir in Philadelphia light
Step 3
Top with more pesto, mozzarella and either melt in the slowcooker or pop with pot without the lid under the grill for 8 mins until cheese is crisp
