Instructions

Step 1
Place baby back pork ribs in a large pot of water until fully covered.
Step 2
Boil gently for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Remove ribs from pot and place in large shallow dish. Cover with soy sauce (we like Kikkoman) full strength and marinate on the counter for at least an hour.
Step 4
Remove from dish, sprinkle “secret seasoning” (Lindberg-Snider Porterhouse & Roast Seasoning) on ribs, and place on grill.
Step 5
Grill using low heat for five minutes on bone side, flip, and grill three minutes on the meat side. These ribs are guaranteed to be finger licking good!
