6 cMixed spring greens
for best nutrients, use a mix of Butter Lettuce, inner Romaine, and torn kale Add a little arugula for a bit of antioxidant-rich spice

¼ cfresh mint leaves
chocolate, ideally
3 Tchives
chopped, sub scallions if necessary
¼ cbroccoli sprouts
sub alfalfa, not bean sprouts

Instructions
Step 1
Tear greens into small pieces and toss salad elements.
Step 2
Blend dressing using a cup attachment
