Instructions
Step 1
Separate eggs and store whites.
Step 2
Beat yolks with sugar and nutmeg in large mixing bowl until mixture lightens in color and falls off whisk in solid ribbon.
Step 3
Combine dairy, booze, and salt in 2nd bowl or pitcher the slowly beat into egg mixture.
Step 4
Transfer to large glass jar. Store in refrigerator at least 2 weeks.
