Instructions
Step 1
Bring mixture to roaring boil and reduce heat to simmer for 5 min
Step 2
Add jalapeños and put back on high heat for 5 min
Step 3
Remove jalapeños with slotted spoon into a warm glass jar. The jalapeños need to be fully submerged. Put in fridge for 2-3 weeks
Step 4
Put mixture back on high heat for 6-7 min then pull from heat and set for 2-3 min. Add mixture to jar and put in fridge for other recipes
