Instructions

Step 1
Place first 3 ingredients into a small pot and melt together
Step 2
place the next 8 ingredients into a large bowl and pour over the syrup, mixing well. Line a large flat baking dish with baking paper and pour the mixture into it. roast in hot oven until nuts are toasted and oat mixture is golden brown
Step 3
Once toasted add the dried fruit and stir together. allow to cool and then store in a large airtight jar or container
