Jaffa Bread and Butter Pudding

Instructions
Step 1
Butter the slices of brioche and cut into triangles.
Step 2
Line the pieces in a deep baking tray.
Step 3
Slot 13-14 whole Jaffa cakes into the gaps between the slices.
Step 4
Whisk the custard, eggs and milk together and pour all over the pudding.
Step 5
Cut up the remaining Jaffa cakes into tiny pieces and scatter all over the top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 180c for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7
Serve and sprinkle with icing sugar.
