Instructions
Step 1
Grab some light puff pastry and cut into even slices (whatever size you require) egg wash them and cook in the oven for 20mins at 180C (or until golden brown)
Step 2
In a mixing bowl add in your double cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence and whisk until it becomes stiff
Step 3
Remove your pasty from the oven and leave to cool down. Once cooled down spread some jam on one side, top with your cream and use another cooked pastry sheet to sandwich it together
Step 4
Sprinkle on some icing sugar and enjoy
