Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Whisk together the sifted matcha powder with the warm milk until the matcha is dissolved (set aside)

In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar

Add the eggs
Then add the Greek yogurt
Step 5
Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda)
Step 6
Divide batter in half and add the matcha mixture to one of the bowls
Step 7
Alternate adding matcha batter and vanilla batter to the mold
Step 8
Bake in a 22 x 12 cm loaf pan at 180°C for 55 to 60 minutes
Step 9
Let the cake cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
