Instructions
Step 1
1) In a 12 inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain
Step 2
2) Spray 4 to 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, stir together beef mixture and remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Step 3
Cover, cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Sprinkle each serving with cheese, if desired.
