Effortless Black Bean Chili

Ingredients

1 poundground turkey
1onion
small, chopped
3 teaspoonschili powder
2 teaspoonsfresh oregano
minced, or 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoonchicken bouillon granules
1 jarmild salsa
1 x 15.25 ouncescan whole kernel corn
drained
1 x 15 ouncescan black beans
rinsed and drained
1 x 14.5 ouncescan diced tomatoes
undrained
½ cupwater
sour cream
Optional toppings
red onion
finely chopped
cilantro
corn chips
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook and crumble turkey with onion over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a 4-qt. slow cooker.
Step 2
Stir in all remaining ingredients except toppings. Cook, covered, on low until flavors are blended, 6-8 hours. Top as desired.
