Beef Chuck Roast Tacos

Instructions

Step 1
Coat beef with soy sauce, marinate 30 minutes
Step 2
Preheat oil in large, nonstick sauté pan, then add beef. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on both sides until browned. Transfer beef to slow cooker in top with onions, salsa and guava.
Step 3
Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours until tender. Shred beef, place on warm tortillas and drizzle with cilantro ranch dressing.
