Cabbage steaks with ground turkey and yogurt dressing

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Chop onion and add to the ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, italian seasoning and 2 cloves of garlic. Mix well.
Step 2
Chop green onion and fresh dill. Add to 6 tbsp yogurt, and 2 tsp tomato paste.
Step 3
Slice cabbage into round steaks and place on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Step 4
Add meat mixture to the top of the cabbage and shape into a thin patty. Spread yogurt sauce on top of meat. Cook for 45 min.
Step 5
Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Mix together with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and 2 more cloves of garlic. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with parmesean. Cook at 400° F for 15 min, flip and cook for another 15 min. Chop parsley and mix with a couple of tbsps of parmesean. Sprinkle on top of the other side of the cooked potatoes.
