Instructions

Step 1
mix yeast and sugar and milk . leave for 5 minutes .add eggs , vanilla ,butter and whisk .mix dry ingredients together .flour ,salt,baking powder. add wet to dry and whisk .knead for 3 mins . cover for 5 mins and knead again for 5 mins transfer to oiled bowl . Allow dough to rise1 to 1 1/2 hours until double in size . make cream chese frosting by adding cream cheese and butter .beat until smooth add vanilla ,milk and icing sugar . check dough and tranfer to floured surface and roll until thin .spead butter and spinkle cinnamon mix. roll . and cut and allow to rise again for 1 hour 150-170 for 30 /35 mins and then top with cream cheese filling and add any extras .
