Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
In a saucepan heat chicken broth to boiling.
Step 3
In a frying pan sauté onions and garlic in butter slowly until they begin to carmalize.
Step 4
Add orzo and continue to sauté until the orzo begins to brown.
Step 5
In a 2 qt casserole dish, mix the rices, onions, garlic, orzo, and parsley together.
Step 6
Carefully add the boiling broth and pepper.
Step 7
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.
