Instructions
Step 1
Cook Pasta according to instructions
Step 2
Add salt, garlic and onion powder, pepper, Chili sauce (e.g. Gochujang), honey, sesame oil (only a bit), Chili flakes, soy sauce and fish sauce to a bowl and mix
Step 3
Heat up some oil and fry garlic until golden
Step 4
Add shrimps to fried garlic and cook for 2 minutes
Step 5
Add the marinade first, a chunk of butter and then some pasta water to the shrimps but only a bit to get a thick sauce
Step 6
Add cooked pasta to the sauce
Step 7
Top up with some spring onions, chili and sesame
