Instructions
Step 1
Coat the chicken breast in 2/3 of the taco seasoning and pressure cook (pre heat the oven to 180)
Step 2
Fry off the onions and peppers with the rest of the taco seasoning and add the sweetcorn
Step 3
When the chicken is cooked, take it out and shred it - then add in the onions and pepper mix along with some cooked rice
Step 4
Add 60g of the cream cheese and give it a good mix
Step 5
Top with cheese and bake again until nice and golden
