Goulash (ours)

Goulash is generally a hodgepodge of whatever people have. This one is my families. It is basic enough to be easy, but more can be added if you need extra flavor/spice. Feeds 10+ bowls worth. Good for leftovers too!

Instructions

Step 1
Break up beef into skillet and brown on stovetop. Boil noodles on high in large pot for 20 minutes.
Step 2
While browning, cut up cheese for ease of melting later. Pull beef from heat and cover once browned. After noodles puffy, drain in strainer (colander).
Step 3
Noodles back in pot, put in cheese and start stirring/mixing. Once it becomes stringy add sauce and return to high heat. (Make sure you are constantly stirring while on heat, or food will burn)
Step 4
Add burger after cheese has melted a little more, and continue to stir. Keep stirring until cheese is fully melted (or if you like stringy cheese stop sooner). Pull from heat when done, stir just a little of the heat out, and then serve.
