Step 1
Mix brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, rodeo rub, and bbq sauce. Slice jalapeños in half and clean out seeds and veins. Stuff each half with mixture and wrap in bacon. Cook at 275 degrees for 1 hour or until bacon is cooked as desired.
