Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven at 180 degrees. 1. Using leftover fat from pulled pork roast, fry the potatoes for 10 mins or until just soft on high heat. 2. Add frozen peas and cook for a couple minutes. 3. Add pulled pork and gravy, turn down the heat so the gravy doesn’t fry. 4. Add water to desired consistency. 5. Let mixture cool for a few minutes and cut the puff pastry into squares. Whisk the egg. 6. Place mixture into puff pastry squares and seal. Brush with egg mixture. 7. Place pasties on oven tray on top of baking paper. 8. Cook for 12-15 mins or until golden brown. Serve with a side salad/desired condiments.
