Step 1
Combine the yeast and warm water in a container in allowed to sit for 10 minutes. In a bowl add your bread flour milk salt butter eggs yeast water and combine until a dough forms. Need on the table for 10 minutes until the door is shiny. Proof for one hour and 30 minutes then punched down. Portion into 14 pieces (75g each) Round out the balls. Add to buttered cast-iron pan, Brush with butter and bake at 375 for about 18 minutes. Finish with dried thyme in sea salt
