For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Lightly spray with nonstick spray or butter an 8x8” baking dish
Step 3
In a large bowl mix together the peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt and cinnamon. Pour the filling into the baking dish.
Step 4
In the same bowl cream together the butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon. When it’s mixed we’ll add in the oats and mix together. I find using my hands is the easiest way to mix in the oats. Dot the oat mixture on top of the peach filling until it’s mostly covered.
Step 5
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Step 6
Serve alone, with ice cream or whipped cream.
