Instructions
Step 1
Peel the bananas and mash them up till there r no lumps
Step 2
Now add sugar and mix them in the mixer with whisk attachment until all the sugar melts
Step 3
Now add eggs ,vanilla essence and oil to this mixture and whisk it slowly till the mixtures mix properly.
Step 4
Add all the dry ingredients and combine them to this wet mixture and whisk them for a few minutes at med speed
Step 5
Now add the walnuts and raisins to the mixture
Step 6
Now pour this mixture into a baking tray greased and lined with parchment paper
Step 7
Bake it in the oven @ 170c for 55min
