Step 1
Thoroughly drain tuna of as much water as possible Add all ingredients except the egg into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, then add to the main bowl and mix all ingredients until uniform Roll mixture into 4 equal size balls, then form into patties Cook @ 400 degrees in an air fryer or preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until completely golden brown. Allow to cool approx 1-2 minute before serving
