Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425-450 degrees, grease a 9x13 pan.
Step 2
Brown 2 pounds ground beef, drain off grease.
Step 3
To the beef add 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 8 ounces of sour cream, and 1 half cup-3/4 cup milk. Mix together well.
Step 4
Pour mixture into bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Next, cover with cheese. Finally, top with tater tots in one even layer. Place them one next to the other so they bake evenly. Note: you won't use quite the whole bag of tots. Bake at 425-450 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Don't over-bake tater tots! Enjoy!
