Add 1 tsp paprika Add 1 tsp salt
Add 1 tsp onion powder
Add 1 tsp garlic powder
Cook down
Add 5 tbs of flour
Cook down
Step 4
Add 2 1/2 cups of vegetable stock
Add 1 vegetable bouillon Let thicken
Step 5
Add 2 cups heavy cream
Add potatoes
Let boil for 12 minutes
Step 6
Add cheese
Add bacon
Add green onion
