Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Brown ground meat, onions, and garlic. If using ground beef or pork, you'll be left with extra grease, drain it. Stir in spices, set aside.
Step 3
Combine soup and milk in small pot, stirring constantly until bubbly. Remove from heat and add sour cream, stir until blended. Set aside.
Step 4
Soften tortillas by heating for two minutes each side on a warm griddle. Put 2 heaping tablespoons meat mix in 5 center of each tortilla. Top with 1 tablespoon cheese and roll up. Place, seam side down, in wide pan or casserole dish. Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350°F. Top with remaining cheese and olives. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
