Instructions
Step 1
Add tomatoes and garlic to an oven dish, season and fill with olive oil until tomatoes are nearly covered.
Oven Safe Bowl
Step 2
Cook in a pre-heated oven 150C for 30-40 mins until softened and bubbling. I did mine in the Airfryer for 20 mins.
OvenHeat
Step 3
Drizzle the sourdough with olive oil on both sides and cook on a dry hot pan. Cook parma ham on same pan until crispy.
Pan
Step 4
Spread garlic on sourdough, top with tomatoes, burrata, pesto, parma ham and fresh basil.
