Instructions

Step 1
Pat dry bacon slices and cut into half (lengthwise)

Mix marinade in a bowl to dissolve
Step 3
Marinate bacon slices overnight in fridge
Step 4
Preheat oven at 425F
Step 5
Line bacon slices in a single layer on baking sheet (lined with parchment paper) and bake for 10 mins on 1 side and 3 mins on the other till fully cooked and slightly charred around the edges
Step 6
Serve warm or cool. The pieces will crisp up when cooled.
