Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, stir bananas, cinnamon, and sour cream together

In a third large separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. If you are using browned butter — just add the sugar and mix until sugar dissolves. Add eggs to mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add espresso powder into mixture to make the banana flavour stand out.

Alternate between banana and flour mixture into butter mixture until fully incorporated.
Step 6
Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 30 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
