Instructions
Step 1
Peel bananas add to a mixing bowl and mash.
Step 2
Add the eggs, vanilla, and coconut oil then mix.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients then mix again.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate chunks.
Step 6
Add mix to lined and oiled bread pan
Step 7
Bake for 50-60 min or until the tester comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
