Instructions
Step 1
First mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the brown sugar
Step 2
Next in a new bowl add the butter, brown sugar and whisk until it reaches a creamy consistency
Step 3
Add and mix in the eggs, yoghurt and mashed bananas to the bowl with the butter and brown sugar
Step 4
Combine the two bowls and add the chopped chocolate pieces
Step 5
Pour the batter into a greased oven-safe loaf tin and bake for 1 hour at 180°C
Step 6
Finally remove from thee oven and after it has cooled, cut off a slice and enjoy!
