Instructions

Step 1
Mix the ground flax and water then add okara and bananas and mix well.
Step 2
Add in the sugar and melted vegan butter mix well.
Step 3
Add in the remaining dry ingredients and fold together.
Step 4
Add in the chocolate chips and pour into parchment lined bread pan.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour-1 hour 15min at 350°F.
Step 6
Let cool for 30 mins, slice & enjoy!
