Belinda's Hoagies Recipe for 4 people 2 loafs of French bread, a package each of Oscar Meyer smoked turkey and ham, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced cheddar cheese, 2 stick of butter, 2 T poppy seeds, 1/2 cup chopped white onion Heavy duty tin foilq Split the bread evenly lengthwise. Melt butter in saucepan and add onion and 2 tablespoons poppy seed and mix well. Spread the mixture on both sides of the open French bread and you may need to double this to have enough to coat for both loaves. Not to much or it will be greasy. Then place ham on one half of the bread followed by Swiss cheese then turkey then cheddar cheese then put the other loaf on top. Cut into 4 to 6" sections and wrap them each in heavy duty foil if you're planning on putting them over the fire. be careful that they don't get too burned and they should just cook to melt. If it was in an oven it would cook about 20 minutes on 350 just enough to melt the cheese. Enjoy! 😘
