Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Toast oats, quinoa, chia, sliced almonds, pepitas, and sunflower seeds for 10-15 minutes
Step 3
Put all toasted ingredients into a large bowl then add the craisins, eggs, apple sauce, honey, and cinnamon and mix well.
Step 4
Line a small pan with parchment paper and put the mixture into the pan. Press down the mixture with a spatula so it completely covers the pan in an even layer.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven, flip the granola sheet onto a cutting board and place back in the pan so it is now upside down. Bake for another 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 6
Let cool completely then slice into 12 equal pieces.
Step 7
*optional* drizzle with melted chocolate. Put chocolate chips in zip loc bag and microwave until just melted. Cut off tip of bag and lightly drizzle each bar with chocolate.
Step 8
Store in fridge for up to 3 weeks
