Instructions

Step 1
Deep fry the onions until golden brown. Start them in cold oil for even frying, moving fast so they don't burn. Strain onto kitchen paper on a plate to absorb the excess oil, and crush then slightly.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken in the pot you'll cook it by adding it plus the tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, parsley/cilantro, blended tomatoes, masala, 3 heaped tbsps of yoghurt, some salt, 1/4 cup oil, squeezed limes, and most of the onions (leave some for garnishing).
Step 3
Mix the ingredients together and put the pot in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
Step 4
When ready to cook, place the pot over a stove on medium to low heat while covered, stirring occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 5
Voila! Serve as desired.
