Instructions

To Bake Squash

Step 1
Drizzle with olive oil, place garlic in the cavity
Step 2
Roast for about an hour until soft at 180
Step 3
Scoop out the flesh and mash
Step 4
Add salt, pepper, coriander, prawns, feta and combine
Step 5
Scoop the combined ingredients equally into the empty squash skin
Step 6
Place in oven for another 20 mins
