1egg
2 ¾ cupbread flour

Instructions
Step 1
Proof Yeast: Combine milk, yeast, and 1 Tbs sugar. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Combine melted butter and egg in small bowl, set aside.
Step 3
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Once yeast mixture has rested 5 minutes, add it to dry ingredients. Add butter/egg mixture to dry ingredients. Combine. You can use a standing mixer, hand mixer, or wooden spoon. If you have dough hook attachments for your mixers, use those.
Step 4
Pour dough onto floured surface. Knead by hand for 2-3 minutes to form a ball. Then roll out with a roller.
Step 5
Cut dough into squares. Makes about 12-15 rolls, depending on how big you make your cuts.
Step 6
Place on lined baking sheet. Cover with clean kitchen towels and let rise 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 375F. Cover tops of rolls with butter. Bake 9-13 minutes, depending on how big your rolls are. Bake until lightly golden. Turn tray halfway through bake time.
Step 8
Honey Butter: beat together butter, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until nice and fluffy.
