Instructions
Step 1
Separate yolks and whites in two big bowls;
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt to the whites and 5 tablespoons of sugar to the yolks;
Step 3
Whip whites until very fluffy, thick and firm;
Step 4
Whip yolks until color becomes very clear then slowly add the mascarpone cheese and stir gently until perfectly mixed
Step 5
Add the whites and stir slowly with a folding movement bottom to top
Step 6
To assemble the tiramisu, you can either do single portions or more layers in a big tray. Layers: Cream, cocoa, soaked biscuit, cream, cocoa, biscuit, cream, cocoa
