Pãozinho delícia é uma receita tradicional da cozinha baiana. Pãozinho é macio, polvilhado com queijo parmesão e ganha um recheio especial feito com creme de queijo. Este pão fica supersaboroso e pode ser servido no café da manhã, lanche da tarde ou até mesmo em aniversário.
Um dos segredos do preparo está no momento de assar o pãozinho. Eles não podem ficar corados. Quanto mais branquinho, mais macio ficará. Confira o passo a passo!

Step 1
Mix water, milk, sugar, olive oil, yeast and eggs in a blender.

Put the in a bowl and mix with the salt and wheat flour. You can use a mixer at low speed for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cover the mix with a tea towel and let it rest for 1 hours.
Step 4
Dough will double.
Step 5
Shape the breads. Approximately 25g each for small ones.
Step 6
Let the shaped breads to rest for an hour.
Step 7
Bake the bread for 15 minutes at 120°C. It shouldn't get brown on top.
Step 8
Spread melted butter on top of the breads and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Melt the butter in a pan.
Step 10
Add milk, wheat flour, salt and egg yoke and mix.
Step 11
When it start to reduce add the Parmesan cheese.
