Instructions
Step 1
1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat, let stand for 12 minutes
Step 2
2. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water. Cool completely, about 5 minutes
Step 3
3. Peel eggs, have lengthwise, carefully remove yolks, reserving whites
Step 4
4. Whisk together mayonnaise and miso in a bowl until smooth. Add yolks, seasoning and half of scallions
Step 5
5. Please egg white halves on a platter, fill with yolk mixture
Step 6
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, seasoning and remaining scallions
